→ for cookies: maximum 13 months
→ for newsletter subscribers: indefinitely until the unsubscribe request is made and / or within 3 years if no commercial interaction has taken place. The data will be destroyed simultaneously with the unsubscription.
→ for accounting data (invoices, orders, etc.): 10 years
→ for prospects: 36 months after the last solicitation to which the prospect responded
→ for other form data recorded on the site: 24 months
→ for customers: 10 years after the last invoice issued by STIMIO – from the closing date of the financial year concerned.

 

4 | Non-communication of personal data

Your Personal Data will never be sold, shared or communicated to third parties, except as provided for in this Policy.

These transfers take place within the framework of agreements by which these companies have undertaken to respect the level of protection of personal data offered by European legislation or in accordance with other mechanisms recognized by the legislation in force.
